Field Day 2024

Peterborough Amateur Radio Club announced its Annual Field Day Event will start on Saturday June 22, 2024 2:00PM at Newhall Park (701 McKellar St, Peterborough, Ontario) and run for 24 hours until 2:00PM Sunday June 23, 2024. Field day is HAM Radio’s open house, come join in on the fun as amateur radio operators make contacts all over North America. An Industry Science and Economic Development Canada Accredited Examiner will be on site for anyone interested in writing their amateur radio license. Field day is also a great opportunity to learn more about emergency communications. The public is invited to attend, and the event is free.
